Pets Haven Foundation does not offer a refund for a change of mind, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees.

If you have changed your mind about a product you have purchased from Pets Haven Foundation you will be entitled to return that item, in its original condition, for a credit note for the purchase price of the item.
